Terms and conditions
General terms and conditions Scope
These terms apply to all purchases and bookings via hellentiethoff.ch and the associated sales pages of Space of Light, Hellen Tiethoff (sole proprietorship), Staatsstrasse 4, 3653 Oberhofen am Thunersee. By placing your order or registering, you accept them.
Offer and prices
The offer includes printed books, Tales & Temptations (online format, similar to an online retreat), Frequency Days, Read & Dine, Soul Retreats and a few other formats. The prices shown on the page at the time of ordering apply, in CHF or EUR, including statutory VAT where applicable. The price is the price; discounts are rare and at the discretion of Space of Light.
Payment
You pay for books and places in advance, via Stripe or via Digistore24, depending on the product. With Digistore24 the contract is concluded with Digistore24 as the seller; otherwise with Space of Light, Hellen Tiethoff. Books, shipping and delivery
Books are stored and shipped by the logistics partner in Germany, for the EU and Switzerland. Pre-ordered titles are delivered from the stated publication date, the Pink Book from 11 November 2026.
You will see delivery times and shipping costs before completing your order. Customs duties or import charges outside the EU are your responsibility. For printed books, customers in the EU have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt. A return is possible as long as the book is unread and undamaged, without creases, markings or signs of use; a book that has been read is excluded from withdrawal. An email to info@hellentiethoff.ch is sufficient to exercise this right.
Passing on instead of cancelling
Booked spots for Tales & Temptations, Frequency Days, Read & Dine and Soul Retreats, as well as ordered books, are not cancelled or refunded unless the law requires otherwise. You may give away, swap or resell your spot. For products sold by Digistore24 in English, the 60-day refund policy of Digistore24 applies.
Cancellation by Space of Light
If Space of Light has to cancel an event, you receive the full amount back or, if you prefer, a place at the next date. Further claims, for example for travel or accommodation, are excluded.
Content and responsibility
The books, retreats and formats of Space of Light serve personal growth. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not replace it. For health questions your doctor or therapist remains responsible. There is no guarantee of physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual or financial results. What you take from a format and what you do with it remains your own responsibility.
Copyright
The book as a work, its design, text composition and the arrangement of its content are protected by copyright; commercial reproduction, reprinting or distribution of the book as a whole is not permitted without written consent. You are explicitly allowed to use, copy and integrate individual content, tools and impulses for your personal development and your professional work; you do not need consent for this. Recordings of the live sessions and their publication are only permitted with written consent. You may record your own Healing Journey yourself.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Thun, unless the law mandatorily prescribes another.
