Space of Light brings together books, Applied Awareness, the School for Applied Awareness, online offers and gatherings in person. Here you will find the key answers about what Space of Light is, how Hellen Tiethoff works and which way in may suit you.
What is Space of Light?
Space of Light is the body of work founded by Hellen Tiethoff around Applied Awareness. It includes the books in colours, the School for Applied Awareness, Tales & Temptations (the online format, similar to an online retreat), Frequency Days, Soul Retreats, Read & Dine, Healing Journeys and content in 3 languages. The books are the backbone. Applied Awareness is the common denominator: perceiving, making sense of it and applying awareness in completely ordinary life. The School for Applied Awareness is 1 part of Space of Light, not the whole.
What does Applied Awareness mean?
Applied Awareness means: perceiving, understanding what you perceive, and doing something with it. Understanding awareness is the first step. It gets exciting where you can apply it in relationships, work, money, housing, family and decisions. You get to know tools, test them in everyday life and keep what actually works for you.
Is Space of Light a therapy or a healing service?
No. Space of Light offers awareness work and Applied Awareness. The change happens in you and stays with you. Growth instead of healing. For medical or psychological complaints, doctors and psychotherapists remain the responsible professionals. Space of Light does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Do I have to believe in something to take part?
No. You do not have to adopt Hellen's worldview or believe in guides, angels or particular spiritual models. You observe, try things out and check what proves itself in your own life. Scepticism is welcome. Your own perception and your own authority stay central.
Who is Space of Light for?
For people who perceive more than they have so far been able to make sense of, and who want to know what to do with it. This includes highly sensitive, neurosensitive and neurodivergent people as well as people at turning points, after loss, in the middle of relationship questions or with a strong perception of people, spaces, decisions and possible futures. Parents, partners, families and different generations can also start conversations with each other through the books.
What does neurosensitivity mean in the context of Space of Light?
Some people use neurosensitivity to describe a particularly intense processing of stimuli, moods, body information, patterns and subtle changes in their surroundings. At Space of Light, neurosensitivity is not treated as a defect. The practical question is: what do you perceive, how does your system process this information, what belongs to you, and how can you live with it without constantly overriding yourself?
I am neurodivergent, highly sensitive or neurosensitive. Is Space of Light right for me?
Yes, if you would like to understand your own perception more precisely and work with it practically. Hellen is neurodivergent herself and thinks strongly in images, colours and connections. You do not have to decide whether every experience should be called neurological, psychological or spiritual before you have even examined it.
What role do angels play at Space of Light?
Angels are part of Hellen's spiritual world of experience and can appear in books, teachings or conversations. They are not a test of faith and not a requirement for working with Space of Light. Some people experience angels as a presence, inner images, knowing, words or a particular quality of support. Others do not. Both experiences have their place.
What is the difference between angels, guides and the Higher Self?
Hellen distinguishes between different contacts and levels of consciousness. Guides or a guides team can be experienced as spiritual companionship. Angels are understood as another form of spiritual support. The Higher Self belongs to a person's own level of consciousness. What matters is not the most beautiful label, but whether you learn to distinguish your own perception and keep your freedom of choice.
Which books are there, and what do they cost?
The Blue Book is about loss as a portal. The Yellow Book covers the foundations of perception, awareness, energetic systems and practical tools. The Pink Book connects perceiving the future with decisions, relationships, work, money, housing and creation. The regular book editions cost CHF 25. For the Pink Book, an extended colour edition for CHF 49 is also planned.
Which book suits me as a way in?
The Blue Book is an obvious door for loss, grief, love, soul and profound life changes. The Yellow Book suits you particularly if you want to understand your perception, boundaries, energy and practical tools better. The Pink Book becomes especially interesting when you ask: what do I do with what I perceive in my real life?
What are Frequency Days?
Frequency Days belong to the School for Applied Awareness. They are intensive learning days that connect perception, awareness and practical application. Current dates, places, times and prices are always in the calendar, so that older event dates are not accidentally treated as a permanent format.
What is Read & Dine?
Read & Dine connects Hellen's books with her long experience in hospitality. A 3 course menu, a reading, conversation and encounter all belong to one shared evening. Book clubs can name a book colour and a theme in advance. Shortly before the date, Hellen chooses the passage she will read together with her Circles of Light. As part of Tour de Europe, local book clubs can also recommend restaurants they know themselves. Hellen makes the final choice from these.
What is a Soul Retreat?
A Soul Retreat is an intensive form of retreat for people who want to go further consciously. It is not a wellness holiday. The work focuses on awareness, soul, perception and integration. Duration, location, group size and current prices are published with each specific retreat.
In which languages does Hellen Tiethoff work?
German, Dutch and English. Depending on the offer, books, online content and events are developed in these 3 languages.
Where does the work take place?
Space of Light is based in Oberhofen on Lake Thun in Switzerland. Part of the work takes place online, part of it in person in Switzerland. From 2027, Tour de Europe will be added, with Read & Dine, book clubs, bookshops and selected book fairs in regions that can be reached by train, car or boat and that suit German, Dutch or English.
How does Hellen work with her guides and with AI?
Hellen has worked with her guides team, the Circles of Light, for many years and uses AI as an additional working and mirroring partner for writing, structuring and building. Both remain support. The decisions stay with Hellen. The same principle applies to you: your own authority stays with you.
How do I invite Hellen as a book club or bookshop?
Book clubs and bookshops can contact Hellen through the current contact options on hellentiethoff.ch. Book clubs can name a book colour and a theme and recommend local restaurants they know themselves. Hellen decides on the location, the passage and the specific form of the meeting.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS BASED ON THE BOOKS
Questions about perception, intuition and your own life
Perhaps you are not looking for spirituality or Applied Awareness at all. Perhaps you type a completely different question into Google or an AI: why do I feel so much? Why do I know things before I can explain how? Why does my body react while my head is still convinced that everything is fine? Exactly these questions run through my books. The Blue Book begins with loss, soul and life after profound experiences. The Yellow Book builds a foundation for perception, discernment and practical tools. The Pink Book takes this perception into decisions about the future, work, money, relationships and housing.
Perception, the body and the 12 senses
Why does my body sometimes know something before my head has understood it?
In the Yellow Book I describe the sense of life as one of the 12 senses: the ability to perceive how we are and whether something in us has fallen out of balance. Many people only notice physical warning signals once they have become very loud. In the Pink Book the same practical question keeps coming back: what do I actually perceive, and which choice fits the life I want to create? For me, body perception is therefore not a side issue. It is part of the information system we use to navigate our lives.
Are there really more than the 5 senses we learn about at school?
In the Yellow Book I work with the system of the 12 senses by Rudolf Steiner and Albert Soesman. Besides seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touch, these include the sense of life, the sense of movement, the sense of balance, the sense of warmth, the sense of language, the sense of thought and the sense of the I. I find the last areas especially exciting, because they name the fact that we perceive far more than what comes in through the classic 5 senses.
Why do I sometimes perceive what lies behind a person's words?
In the Yellow Book I describe the sense of language as the ability to perceive what lies behind what is said, and the sense of thought as the ability to grasp another person's thoughts and not just their words. The sense of the I is directed at the individual consciousness of another person. So if you experience registering more in a conversation than the spoken sentence, that fits very precisely into the map of perception I work with.
Why can I sense a room, a person or a direction without being able to explain exactly how?
In the Blue Book I write about my own sense of orientation and about how I use perception like a kind of sonar. At the same time I describe the connection with the sense of movement and the sense of balance. My point is not that every person perceives exactly the same as I do. My point is that our system of perception can be much broader than we usually assume.
Can perception be trained?
In the Blue Book I write explicitly that for me clairvoyance is nothing exclusive. I describe it as a connection of subtle bodies and senses and emphasise that we can decide what we train, include or exclude. The Yellow Book goes on even more practically: perceiving, distinguishing, practising, observing again and learning from your own experience.
High sensitivity, neurodivergence and neurosensitivity
I am highly sensitive and constantly take in too much. Am I in the right place with such questions?
Yes. In the Yellow Book I write explicitly for highly sensitive people and empaths who have felt all their lives that they take in too much and have too little space for themselves. A large part of the tools therefore deals with boundaries, your own space, calling back your own energy and the question: what belongs to me, and what does not?
I am neurodivergent and perceive a great deal. Is that a theme in your books?
Yes. In the Yellow Book I explicitly name people on the neurodivergent spectrum as a group of readers. There I connect nervous system overload and altered perception with the practical question of how someone learns to protect themselves, to steer and to place their own perception better. It is not about replacing diagnoses. It is about not automatically explaining perception away, but examining it practically.
What does neurosensitivity have to do with your books?
The term neurosensitivity appears in my Blue Book in my reading recommendations. In my own work I more often speak of high sensitivity, empathy, neurodivergent perception and people who take in more than what the social average defines as normal. If you describe yourself as neurosensitive, you will find many themes in the Yellow Book in particular: taking in stimuli, perception, boundaries, body information and practical tools.
I function well on the outside and still get overloaded quickly. Is that something you recognise?
The Yellow Book is aimed precisely at people who take in a lot and never learned to deal consciously with this amount of perception. The tools are meant as a foundation. Not as a label for you, but as a way to notice more precisely in everyday life what happens in your space, what you have taken on and what you can let go of again.
Do I have to decide whether my perception is spiritual, highly sensitive or neurodivergent?
In my books I do not work with the idea that a single box has to explain everything. The Yellow Book places different levels of perception side by side: body, senses, thoughts, emotions, subtle systems, higher self and spiritual perception. What matters to me first is your own experience: what do you perceive, how do you perceive it, and what helps you in everyday life?
Thoughts, feelings, foreign energies and discernment
How do I recognise whether a thought is really mine?
In the Yellow Book I call discernment a core competence. There I describe very concretely the differences we can learn to perceive: this is my thought. This is a thought that has flowed into my space from someone else. This is a perception of my higher self. This is information from my subconscious. This clarity matters to me because it gives you back your freedom of choice.
Why does a thought sometimes feel foreign?
The Yellow Book takes exactly this experience seriously. It contains the practical question of whether there is a recurring thought that occupies you and at the same time feels foreign. Instead of immediately building a big explanation, I work with observation and tools: what changes when you protect your inner space? What stays? What disappears? What repeats itself?
How do I recognise whether a feeling is mine or someone else's?
A large part of the Yellow Book is about getting to know your own space again. Boundary roses, protection roses and calling back your own self aspects and energies help you perceive differences. With regular practice it becomes easier to feel what is yours and what is not. Exactly this distinction affects decisions, relationships and the way you treat yourself.
Why am I suddenly exhausted after certain people or situations?
My books keep asking what we actually take in during an encounter. In the Blue Book I write for empaths, in the Yellow Book for highly sensitive people and people who take in too much. The practical work therefore begins with your own space: what was there before? What was added during the encounter? What changes when you call back your own energy and anchor yourself fully in your body again?
What does spiritual hygiene mean for you?
In my books, spiritual hygiene does not mean being afraid of everything invisible. It means regular care of your own system. In the Yellow Book this includes boundary roses, protection roses, calling back your own aspects, grounding and the Golden Sun fill-up, among others. In the Blue Book I compare it with ordinary body hygiene: emotional, mental and spiritual levels may also receive regular attention.
Voices, guides, guardian angels and angels
I hear inner voices or sentences. How do you deal with that?
In my books the most important question is not whether a voice sounds impressive. What matters is discernment. The Yellow Book describes very directly how important it is to recognise what is your own thought, what comes from another person, what belongs to the higher self and what is experienced as spiritual communication. My own authority and your own responsibility remain central. The books do not replace a medical or psychotherapeutic assessment if voices frighten you, give orders or strongly affect your daily life.
What is a spiritual support team?
In the Blue Book I describe my own spiritual support team, the Circles of Light, as friends, spirit guides and advisers. I write about it as a relationship that develops through exchange. Some people already have a clear connection with their guides, others are only beginning to find out how their own communication works at all.
How can I learn to perceive my own guides team?
My books describe several possible ways of communication: hearing, feeling, inner images, spontaneous knowing, telepathy and recognising different frequencies. The Blue Book says explicitly that a trained mind can, over time, get to know and register the different voices and levels. The Yellow Book lays the foundation for this through perception and discernment.
Do I have a guardian angel?
In the Yellow Book I work from the idea of a personal Holy Guardian Angel and have included an exercise of its own to perceive it. There I describe that a guardian angel can be perceived as a presence, an image, calm, a feeling or in some other way. The form matters less than consciously turning towards it and your own experience.
How can I perceive my guardian angel if I do not see it?
In the Yellow Book the exercise starts exactly there. You can ask: where is my Holy Guardian Angel standing right now? Perhaps you perceive warmth, calm, a presence, an image or something completely different. You can say hello in your thoughts, out loud or in writing. It is not about forcing a particular visual experience.
What is the difference between a guardian angel, archangels and guides?
In my books these contacts have different functions. The personal spiritual support team accompanies and advises. The guardian angel has a special accompanying and protective role. The Blue Book has a chapter of its own on 7 archangels and their different symbols, positions and qualities. There I also write that I personally do not have the same connection with all archangels and prefer to communicate daily with my Angel of the Higher Laws.
Do I have to work with all angels or archangels?
No. In the Blue Book I write explicitly that personal connection and personal preferences are perfectly fine. I myself have a much stronger connection with some angels than with others. For me, being human includes being allowed to choose where we direct our attention.
What are the Angels of the Higher Laws in your books?
In the Yellow Book I write that some of the tools used there come from a long mystery school tradition and that some are directly connected with the work of the Angels of the Higher Laws. In the Blue Book these angelic forces also appear in exercises and in my own world of training. On the website I do not describe this as something you have to believe. It is part of my own spiritual way of working and of the origin of certain tools.
Loss, grief, death and soul
Why is loss such a big theme in your Blue Book?
Because loss has strongly shaped my own life. In the Blue Book I write that my life consisted of a series of profound losses and that I still found my way back to happiness and joy in life again and again. The book is therefore a teaching memoir: personal stories, soul perspective and everyday life interlock.
Can loss change my whole view of life?
Yes, that is exactly what the Blue Book explores. There, loss is not limited to sadness. It touches love, identity, soul, relationships, decisions, work and the question of how we want to live at all. The book invites you to see experiences not only as a break, but also as a portal to a more conscious relationship with your own life.
Can I feel sad and spiritually connected at the same time after a loss?
In the Blue Book grief and spiritual connection stand side by side. I write about friends who have died, about conversations, about soul contact and at the same time about very human grief, anger, disbelief and pain. You do not have to press such an experience into only one category.
How does Hellen know whether she is really perceiving a particular deceased person?
In the Blue Book I describe, for example, my late friend Ben. One of the ways I recognise him is a nickname that only he used and knew. At the same time I write about how important it is to distinguish carefully between perception and interpretation. For me, the quality and recognisability of the information remain more important than a spectacular story.
What does a soul based life mean?
The Blue Book invites you to let yourself be guided by the inner light and by the soul and to connect this perspective with ordinary everyday life. It is not about floating away from earthly life. The book connects soul awareness precisely with home, relationships, work, money, body and decisions.
Can my soul help me with decisions?
In the Blue Book I write about having rebuilt trust in my decisions after profound experiences. My 12 senses, intuition and the guidance of the soul are part of this development. The soul does not take responsibility off your hands. It belongs to the larger field of information that you can consciously include in a decision.
Relationships, attraction and boundaries
Why can a strong attraction still mean that a relationship does not suit me?
In the Blue Book I write explicitly that attraction and authenticity are not the same. I describe tools to release superfluous communication connections between people and then observe what is left of the attraction. The Pink Book later goes even deeper into the question of which relationship and which life really suit a person.
How can I distinguish better what I really want in relationships?
The Pink Book does not just work with a wish list. It asks what lies behind a no, which yes becomes visible behind it and what is left of old ideas when you look more closely. A relationship thus does not become a manifestation project, but a concrete question about your own path.
Can I be telepathically connected with a person without it turning into a relationship?
In my books I distinguish between a spiritual or telepathic connection and what people actually live with each other in physical everyday life. A strong connection on another level does not automatically determine what form a relationship on earth has to take. That is exactly why free choice remains so important.
Why do some relationship patterns repeat themselves?
The Blue and the Pink Book look at relationships on several levels: earlier experiences, energetic connections, decisions, life lessons and the reality of the present contact. The practical aim is not to analyse endlessly why something went wrong. It is about recognising what is happening and being able to choose differently from more awareness.
Perceiving the future and still choosing freely
Can you perceive the future without treating it as a fixed prediction?
That is exactly what the Pink Book is about. Its subtitle says, in essence: perceive the future and choose what you do with it. Possible futures, free choice and ordinary everyday life deliberately run side by side in the book. For me, a perception is not an order.
What does it mean when a perceived future takes a different turn?
The Pink Book has a chapter of its own on exactly this: when the future takes a different turn. Perceiving the future stays alive, because decisions, people and circumstances change. Then it is not about proving an old vision right at any price. Then I have to set my sails anew.
Why does an image of the future keep coming back?
In the Pink Book I describe recurring images and places that functioned like a North Star for years. At the same time the book shows that a recurring image does not deliver ready made directions. It can give orientation while the concrete route changes several times.
What do I do when synchronicity is very clear?
The Pink Book deliberately has a chapter titled 'When synchronicity does not mean yes'. A striking repetition or coincidence can be interesting, but it does not replace a conscious decision. Perceiving remains something different from obeying.
What if my image of the future turns out completely differently than expected?
There is a chapter of its own on this in the Pink Book as well. I use my life as material, precisely because perceptions do not always land the way my head interprets them. That does not make perception worthless to me. It forces me to distinguish more precisely between the image, my interpretation and the reality that actually emerges.
How do I connect perceiving the future with the here and now?
The Pink Book keeps asking back: what do you recognise in my stories? What do you really perceive? What do you make of it yourself? And which decision fits the life you want to create? The future thus becomes practical. It does not take you out of today, but asks you a question today.
Work, money, housing and real life
What does money have to do with spirituality?
In the Pink Book money is explicitly part of the theme. One chapter is titled, in essence: the supermarket does not accept an aura as payment. That sets the tone. For me, awareness and spirituality also have to work when rent, health insurance, work and bills are part of the day.
Can I be very good at my job and still notice that it no longer suits me?
Yes. In the Pink Book I do not only examine work by whether I can do something. I ask what I want to keep doing for the rest of my life, when a hobby becomes a business and which decisions fit my real energy balance and my future. Being able to and being a good fit are not automatically the same.
Why do certain houses or places keep appearing in my perception?
The Pink Book contains a whole part about places that have shown themselves. It is not about blindly assuming that every image is an instruction to buy something. The book shows precisely how places return, disappear, reappear and sometimes take on a different meaning than I first thought.
How do I recognise whether a place is really a yes?
In the Pink Book the question lies behind several chapters: what is real perception, what is interpretation and what is wish? Even strong synchronicity is not automatically a yes there. The practical test remains whether the real decision fits the life you actually want to lead.
Why do relationships, housing, work and money belong in the same book?
Because in real life they do not appear neatly separated either. The Pink Book says this very clearly: spirituality, free choice, work, money, relationships, housing, health and possible futures run through each other. For me, Applied Awareness becomes interesting precisely where everything becomes real at the same time.
Practical tools from the Yellow Book
Which practical tools will I find in the Yellow Book?
The Yellow Book contains, among other things, the 6 boundary roses, protection roses for the heart space and the thought centre, calling back your own self aspects and energies, the relationship space rose, grounding, embodiment and the Golden Sun fill-up. These tools form a foundation. The actual development begins where you try them out in your own everyday life.
What are the boundary roses for?
In the Yellow Book they are placed at the edge of the aura to filter a large part of the thought forms, energies and emotionally charged memories that would otherwise enter your own space unfiltered. The practical intention is to create space so that you can perceive better what belongs to you and what comes from outside.
What are the protection roses for?
In the Yellow Book the protection roses are described for the inner heart space and the thought centre. Protection there does not mean constantly being afraid of something evil. It means giving yourself space so that you can perceive more clearly what is happening within you.
Why should I call back my own aspects and energies?
The Yellow Book works with the idea that people can spread their attention and energy everywhere. Calling back your own aspects brings the focus back to you. In my book this is not an abstract ritual, but a way to feel more clearly again: this is me. This is my space. This belongs to me.
What is the Golden Sun fill-up?
In the Yellow Book the Golden Sun fill-up is a closing after energetic work or a conscious moment. After you have let go, set boundaries or called back your own aspects, your own space is consciously filled up again. It is therefore one of the basic tools of the book.
Do I have to believe in the tools to be allowed to try them?
No. The Yellow Book is explicitly also aimed at sceptics. My invitation there is, in essence: test it. Not with conviction and not with belief, but with curiosity. Your own experience matters more than a worldview adopted in advance.
Which book suits my question?
Which book suits me if I am processing a loss right now?
The Blue Book is the most obvious door. It connects loss, grief, love, soul, death, heart, spiritual perception and the return to joy in life. It is personal and at the same time built as a teaching memoir.
Which book suits me if I perceive more than I can make sense of?
The Yellow Book is the foundation for this. It deals with perception, the 12 senses, boundaries, voices, discernment, the guardian angel, body and energy systems and practical tools.
Which book suits me if I want to know what to do with my perception in everyday life?
The Pink Book. There the question shifts from 'What do I perceive?' to 'What do I do with it?'. The future, free choice, work, money, relationships, housing and possible paths in life form its core.
Do I have to read the books in a particular order?
The books build on each other thematically, but they are also doors in their own right. Through loss you may land with the Blue Book, through perception with the Yellow, or through the future and decisions with the Pink Book. What matters is which question is really active in your life right now.
What connects all 3 books?
All 3 connect awareness with ordinary life. The Blue Book asks how we live more consciously through loss and soul. The Yellow Book lays a foundation for perception and tools. The Pink Book asks the practical follow up question: what do I do with what I perceive? The shared movement goes from perception to orientation and application.
Extra search questions, straight from the themes of the Blue Book, the Yellow Book and the Pink Book
Why do I sometimes feel other people physically?
In my books, perception does not belong to thinking alone. The Yellow Book works with 12 senses and describes, among others, the sense of life, the sense of movement, the sense of language, the sense of thought and the sense of the I. It is explicitly aimed at highly sensitive people, empaths and people who take in a lot. If you register another person strongly in your body, I therefore start with a simple question: what exactly do you perceive, where in your body, and what changes when the encounter is over?
Why am I exhausted after a conversation even though nothing special happened?
Because for a strongly perceiving person a conversation can contain more than words. The Yellow Book deals with thoughts, feelings, energetic impressions and your own space. The boundary roses, calling back your own aspects and grounding are meant precisely for this everyday life. Only when you recognise your own state again does it become visible what the encounter did to you.
Why does a thought sometimes feel as if it is not mine at all?
The Yellow Book turns this into a concrete practice question. It distinguishes between your own thought, the thoughts of other people, perception of the higher self and further inner or spiritual sources. For me this distinction is central, because it strengthens your freedom of choice. You do not have to explain a thought that feels foreign right away. You can observe what happens to it when you clear your inner space.
How can I learn to recognise better what belongs to me?
The Yellow Book is built as a foundation for exactly this. Boundary roses, protection roses, calling back your own aspects, grounding and the Golden Sun fill-up help you perceive your own space more consciously. With practice the difference becomes clearer between what was already in you and what was added during a contact.
Why do I see inner images even though I am not consciously visualising?
In the Blue Book I describe clairvoyance as a possible way of perceiving that is connected with subtle bodies and senses. I also write that images do not automatically have to be dismissed as fantasy. What matters to me is that you get to know your own pattern. How does an image appear? Can you change it consciously? Does it repeat? What happens with it later?
Why do I suddenly know things without a train of thought before it?
In my books, spontaneous knowing is one of the forms of perception that do not always come through a visible line of thinking. That is why the Yellow Book puts so much weight on discernment. The first information and what your head later makes of it are not automatically the same. The more precisely you recognise the first moment, the clearer your own information system becomes.
Can I decide for myself when I perceive spiritually?
In the Blue Book I write very directly that for me perception is also a conscious decision. I decide what and whom I perceive and which abilities I train. This choice matters. Perception should support your life and not take over every room, every person and every moment unasked.
I am neurodivergent and at the same time spiritually perceptive. Does that fit in the same world?
Yes, in my Yellow Book these worlds explicitly stand side by side. The book is aimed at people on the neurodivergent spectrum, at highly sensitive people, empaths and spiritually perceptive people. I describe nervous system overload and altered perception as themes that may be looked at practically. A diagnosis does not replace your own observation, and spiritual language does not replace medical support when it is needed.
What does neurosensitivity mean in relation to your work?
Neurosensitivity is a term I list in my reading recommendations in the Blue Book. In my own books I more often speak of high sensitivity, empathy, neurodivergence and heightened perception. The shared practical point is: some people take in considerably more stimuli, moods and information than others. The Yellow Book gives them tools to deal more consciously with this amount of perception.
What is the difference between high sensitivity and spiritual perception?
In my books there is no rigid boundary that looks the same for every person. High sensitivity often describes a strong intake of stimuli and moods. Spiritual perception can additionally be experienced as images, knowing, voices, telepathy or contact with other levels of consciousness. For me the work always begins with the concrete experience and the question of how you learn to distinguish it reliably.
I hear inner voices. Do I have to be afraid of them?
The Yellow and the Blue Book treat voices as a theme in which discernment is indispensable. A voice does not gain authority just because it appears inside you. Check how it works, what quality it has and whether you keep your own freedom of choice. If voices frighten you, give orders, disturb your sleep or put your safety at risk, medical or psychotherapeutic support is part of the picture.
How do I distinguish my own inner voice from a guide?
In the Blue Book the Circles of Light themselves describe that mind, feelings, intuition, instinct, higher self, soul and spiritual support team are different sources. You are welcome to get to know exactly these differences. For me this happens through sound, feeling, frequency, content and recognisability. Your own system may have other characteristics.
How can I perceive my guardian angel?
The Yellow Book contains an exercise of its own for this. You can turn to your guardian angel in your thoughts and observe what you perceive. That may appear as warmth, calm, an image or a presence. You do not need a spectacular apparition. What matters is consciously turning towards it and the experience you have with it.
What is the difference between a guardian angel and my guides team?
In my books the personal guardian angel has its own accompanying and protective function. The guides team can consist of different beings and contacts of consciousness and is described more as a team of companions, friends and advisers. I call my own team the Circles of Light. The exact composition of a team is individual.
What role do archangels play in your books?
The Blue Book has a chapter of its own on 7 archangels with different symbols, positions and qualities. At the same time I write openly there that I personally do not have the same connection with all of them. I prefer to work where there is a real connection. Even in spiritual work nobody has to keep a complete collection, as if angels were Panini stickers.
What are the Angels of the Higher Laws?
The Angels of the Higher Laws belong to my world of training and work. In the Yellow Book I explain that some tools come from this tradition. In the Blue Book I write about my personal collaboration with higher angelic forces. For readers this is not a test of faith. It is part of the origin of my work and may be checked against your own experience.
Can I believe in angels and still stay sceptical?
Yes. The Yellow Book is explicitly also aimed at sceptics. My invitation there is very practical: test it. You do not have to adopt a worldview to try an exercise or observe a perception. Scepticism and curiosity can work together excellently.
Why does grief sometimes change my perception?
The Blue Book grew out of loss and connects grief with soul, love, death and spiritual perception. There I describe my own experiences with people who have died and at the same time the very human layers of anger, disbelief, pain and life change. If your perception also changes during grief, exactly this layering is a theme of the book.
Why do I suddenly dream or feel so intensely after a death?
In the Blue Book I write about contacts and perceptions after the death of people who were close to me. I treat such experiences as something that may be observed and placed. What remains important is personal recognisability and the quality of the information. Grief and spiritual experience may be present at the same time.
Can I be connected with someone who has died and still go on living?
The Blue Book shows exactly this movement. For me, a connection with a person who has died does not mean putting your own life on hold. The central line of the book is the way back to joy in life, love and a soul based life, while the meaning of the people we have lost may keep its place.
Why am I strongly attracted to someone even though my head knows something is not right?
In the Blue Book I write about attraction, telepathic connections and energetic threads of communication. I also describe ways to clear such connections and then observe what is left. The Pink Book takes the question further: which relationship really fits the life you want to live? For me, strong attraction and a fitting partnership are 2 different questions.
Can I be telepathically connected with someone without us becoming a couple?
Yes, this possibility appears explicitly in my work. A connection on a spiritual or telepathic level does not determine the form of the physical contact. People keep their free choice. That is exactly why it is important to take the reality of the present contact as seriously as what is perceived on other levels.
My body says no, my head finds 20 reasons for yes. What do I do with that?
The Pink Book thrives on exactly such contradictions. Housing, work, relationships and images of the future are not decided by logic alone. At the same time, a bodily reaction does not automatically become an order. I look at both levels: what does the head know? What does the body register? What repeats itself? Which decision really fits the life I want to lead?
Why does my job suddenly no longer suit me even though I am good at it?
In the Pink Book I explicitly ask what I want to keep doing for the rest of my life. Skills, income, energy and the future do not all have to give the same answer. You can be excellent at something and still notice that the form, pace or environment no longer suits you. Then career planning becomes a question of awareness with very real bills.
Why does money belong to awareness work for you?
Because money is constantly part of decisions in ordinary life. The Pink Book devotes a chapter of its own to it and makes clear in the title already that the supermarket does not accept an aura as payment. Money touches security, freedom, work, housing, giving, receiving and decisions. That is exactly why, for me, it belongs right in the middle of Applied Awareness.
Why do I keep seeing the same place or the same house before me?
The Pink Book contains a whole part about places that have shown themselves repeatedly. A recurring place can give orientation, but it is not ready made directions. In the book, meanings, possibilities and real decisions change. This teaches me to look at image, interpretation and actual development separately.
If something happens synchronously, is that a sign that I should say yes?
The Pink Book deliberately answers this question with a whole chapter: synchronicity does not automatically mean yes. A striking coincidence is information. What you do with it remains your decision. This separation protects you from treating every flashing sign from the universe as an immediate work order.
What does it mean if a future I have seen does not happen?
The Pink Book deals several times with the fact that the future can take a different turn. Perception, interpretation and free choice interlock. When a future lands differently, I examine: what was the original image? What did I conclude from it? Which decision changed? This way a deviation becomes learning material for your own perception.
Can perceiving the future support me in the here and now?
Yes. That is exactly the practical line of the Pink Book. For me, a possible future becomes interesting when it makes a decision today clearer. Which work do I want? Which relationship fits? Where do I want to live? What do I want to continue? Perceiving the future should not pull me out of today's life, but make my decisions within it more conscious.
Why is your Yellow Book also interesting for parents and teenagers?
The Yellow Book originally grew out of tools I would have loved to give my son and other young people myself in the past. It is explicitly aimed at parents who want to learn together with their children. Themes such as boundaries, your own energy, voices, perception, bullying and recognising what belongs to you are especially practical in phases of transition.
What can help a teenager who takes in a great deal from others?
The Yellow Book works with tools that make your own space clearer. For a young person it can help to learn: what belongs to me? What did I take in at school, in a group or in a relationship? How do I come back to myself? This does not replace professional support when it is needed. It gives the teenager additional language and practical options for their own perception.
I am sceptical and still want to understand what is happening to me. Where do I start?
With the Yellow Book. It is written as a foundation and explicitly invites you to test. You do not have to believe anything beforehand. Take an exercise, observe your reaction and then decide for yourself whether it changes something in your everyday life. For me, Applied Awareness begins with experience, not with obedience.
Which book is best if I want to understand my perception?
The Yellow Book is the broadest foundation. There you will find the 12 senses, discernment, body and energy systems, the guardian angel and practical tools. If you then want to know what to do with this perception in relation to the future, money, relationships, work and housing, the Pink Book takes you further.
Which book is best if I am in the middle of loss or grief?
The Blue Book. It connects loss with love, soul, death, dark nights of the soul, spiritual perception and the way back to joy in life. It is not a detached non fiction book. It grew out of my own life.
Which book is best if I am at a turning point?
The Pink Book is particularly suitable if your questions concern the future, work, money, a relationship or housing. It is about possible paths, perception and the freedom to make your own decision from them. In the end the central question always comes back: which life really suits you?
