Perceive. Discern. Decide.

This card was tucked into one of my books. Maybe you took it out yourself, maybe someone pressed it into your hand because they thought of you while reading. Every book holds 3 cards, one to keep and 2 to pass on. A card holds very little, so here you will find what I mean by perception, how I work with it and where you can start yourself.

As a picture thinker I love kopfkino, the cinema in my head, and AI now makes a surprising amount of it visible. 2 images on this page, however, were made the old-fashioned way, with a camera. Which ones? Let us call it a small perception test. You will probably stay on this page longer than you planned.

Online Retreat, early bird

A book sets something in motion, and sometimes you do not want to carry on with it alone. That is what the Online Retreat is for: 4 days, from home, together with me and the other participants. The date of the next Online Retreat in English has not been set yet. With the early bird ticket you secure your place now, for 27 euros, and you will hear the date as soon as it is fixed.

Read & Dine

You have read me now. Would you also like to sit down to dinner with me one day? That is exactly what Read & Dine is for.

I read from my books, in my own way, and while I do, I read the people in the room. On the spot, everyone hears which chapter their own situation is asking for right now. That leads to conversations nobody can plan in advance, and that still become remarkably precise.

Read & Dine takes place in book clubs, in restaurants and as private dining. Is your book club reading one of my books right now? Then it can also organise a Read & Dine evening itself.

The books

What do you actually perceive? Where does that information come from? What does your mind only add afterwards? And what do you do with what you have perceived?

That is exactly where my books meet.

The yellow book, so far published in German and Dutch, lays the groundwork. You get to know your own perception system and learn to discern better through which body, which sense or which level of consciousness information reaches you. Perception becomes something you can work with consciously.

The pink book builds on that. It is about perceiving the future, timelines, free will, timing, decisions and co-creation. You perceive a possible future. What do you do with it? Which decision changes your path? What remains a possibility and what actually becomes part of your life?

In it you also meet The Interruptor Effect. A moment interrupts an automatic sequence. A no, an unexpected turn or something seemingly trivial suddenly makes visible that you can choose again. In my own life the Interruptor can be an image of the future or a cup of coffee I suddenly have to pay for myself.

So my books do not take place in a spiritual parallel world. They are tested in real life: on work, money, housing, relationships, body and decisions. That is where it shows whether what you perceive and create also works in physical reality.

Choose where you would like to start, and lay my stories next to your own life. As e-books you can download the yellow book in German and Dutch and the blue book in German, right after payment.

YouTube

On YouTube you will find guided meditations and sessions you can work with straight away. There you can experience how my work works for you before you buy a book, book a Frequency Day or come to a retreat. Access stays open even when your budget is needed elsewhere for a while, or when you simply like working on YouTube.

Author. Metaphysicist. Gastronome.

I am Hellen Tiethoff, a Dutch woman living in Oberhofen am Thunersee. The Niesen, the natural pyramid of Switzerland, appears in gold on my book covers.

At hotel school I received a classical training, right down to laying the table for 17 courses. 257 months in gastronomy, and still counting, have taught me to read people and rooms, to sense boundaries, to receive, to improvise and to notice very quickly when something is off. Since 2008 I have been training regularly within mystery school programmes. Much of it I integrated, of all places, while working in gastronomy, with plates in my hands and guests in front of me. So for me, consciousness always had to work in the middle of real life.

My neurodivergent brain thinks strongly in images and colours, non-linearly and on several levels at once. My body often reacts before my head has understood what it is reacting to. A large part of my work grew out of exactly that.

For me, Applied Awareness begins where you get to know your own system better and better: how it receives information, sorts it and gives it meaning. Perceiving is the beginning. Then come discerning, testing and deciding.

I talk to trees, and I turn my head just as quickly for a special paint colour as for the sound of a V8. All equally serious. I can write about timelines in the morning and serve a guest a mojito in the evening. For me, that belongs together. After all, the supermarket does not accept an aura as payment.

My task is the bridge: making mysticism fit for everyday life, tangible and economically viable.
